Payment Deadline

About Returned Goods/Exchange
· In case of defect and damage by some trouble
If there is defect or damage of the delivered goods, please inform us of it by e-mail , " Inquiry Form " or by telephone within 3 days after receiving goods.
We will exchange only when defects and breakage caused by accident during delivery or when wrong items are delivered by our mistake.
In the case of return/exchange due to customer's inconvenience
We do not accept Return and exchange by customer's inconvenience (mistake of ordering, change of decision after shipment).
In case of cancellation due to the customer's inconvenience after shipment or if you do not receive the goods within the storage deadline, the goods will be shipped back to our company. we keep money you pay and invoice you the expense for shipping back.
We do not accept return of goods , exchange of goods, refund for customer's inconvenience like as customs trouble.
